Some products weigh more than others, we have made effort to provide a flat shipping rate for all ORDERS. However some items WEIGH heavier than orders and require extra shippment amount.
When such exists we will inform the customer of the extra shipping and bill them accordingly.
Also due to seasonal variations, very rare and demanding products may not be available when you order them. We will do everything possible to inform you about their scarcity and to make them available when we recieve them from their sources.
We do not provide refund for products damaged by the consumer. Thank you
